What is psychology?
Psychology is the scientific study of the human behavior, in specific, the study of the mind and soul. In addition it's the study of the relation by a person's behavior to a particular activity. The eight main areas of psychology are perception,cognition, attention, emotion,motivation, personality, behavior, and interpersonal relationships.

Cognition: The processing of information, applying knowledge, and changing preferences.
Attention: Selectively concentrating on a certain aspect and ignoring the rest.
Emotion: An experience that is related to the feeling of a person. One's mood, temperament, personality, and habits.
Motivation: A goal-oriented behavior and state of mind rooted by a desired object, hobby, or goal.
Personality: The characteristic a person obtains that is unique to their cognitions, motivations, and behavior.
Behavior: Refers to the way a person acts, thinks and feels in relation to their environment.
Interpersonal Relationships: A relationship between two or more people based upon love, liking, business and can take place in friends, family , work, etc.
